My experience of travel recently to Shimla-Manali-Kasol-Amritsar has been very good and smooth with them. Nice place to visit. Overall arrangments was good. Hotel at Nainital could have been better. The one where we stayed ( Hoel Aroma) was not upto the mark. Rooms was small and non hygiene. Couldn't get hot water for bathroom usage. Driver was wonderful and vehicle was good. Hope you will improve the things next time.

Excellent service by TRAVIO Travels. Special thanks to Mr. Viren who gave us a perfect holiday package. We were worried as we were travelling with our 3 year old son for the first time but he arranged it very smoothly. We came back with happy memories. From the booking of flights and hotels, he guided us at every stage and gave us lot of options available for hotels. Every day he called us for daily feedback which was really surprised us. We had been to Ladakh. Arrangements were very good with very good hotel at Leh, named Hotel Holiday Ladakh. Food and Hospitality was superb at this place. But at other places like Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake hotels and the staff were not upto the mark. No food variety.

We a family of 3 had been on a trip to rajasthan last week. Everything was very well organized by Travio travels. It saved us a lot of hardships and troubles. Viren Surti handles his work with lot of passion and dedication. Thanx to travio we could have lovely memories and relaxation on our trip. All the hotels he booked were very beautiful and comfortable. People associated were kind. I would totally recommend travio travels for booking a trip.

Travelled to Medhufushi Island Resort, Maldives. It was 3N/4D trip but 1st and last day was wasted in travelling. On 1st day we reached at 8 PM in the evening and last day we had to leave as early as 6:30 AM. Speed boat transfer to and from resort takes 2:30 hours. Have to wait at Male airport for Speed boat for 4 hrs which was waste of time. Resort and their staff is good and helpful, stay and food was excellent. Overall experience at the resort was very good.
